Ms. Evans focuses her practice on the needs of the elderly, the disabled and their families. She devotes about one-half of her practice to the representation of claimants pursuing Social Security Disability benefits or SSI. The rest of her practice is focused on estate planning, elder care planning, guardianships, and the administration and taxation of decedents' estates and trusts.

Ms. Evans is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. She is a current member and past chair of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Ethics and Professionalism Committee. She is also a member of the Probate, Trust and Estate planning sections of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, as well as the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Cleveland Estate Planning Council.
